Blood Pressure Measurement
Blood pressure is an important diagnostic tool, especially for older pets or those with underlying conditions. Cats over 7 years old often develop high blood pressure, so we recommend annual checks as part of routine preventive care.
ECG (Electrocardiogram)
An ECG provides valuable insights into the heart’s electrical activity. It is used during anesthesia monitoring or when cardiac disorders are suspected.
Digital X-Ray
X-rays are a key diagnostic tool for examining the skeleton, chest, and abdomen. They can help detect changes in the heart, lungs, or other internal structures early.
Ultrasound
• Abdominal Ultrasound: Detailed evaluation of all abdominal organs. In some cases, sterile samples (e.g., urine from the bladder) can be collected. Your pet should fast for 10–12 hours prior to ensure optimal imaging of the gastrointestinal tract. • Cardiac Ultrasound: Used for diagnosing or monitoring heart conditions. It allows for evaluation of the heart muscle, valves, and blood flow.
